1. Single-family purchases with a value of up to $1,000,000.

2. Multi-family and commercial properties with a value of up to $5,000,000.

3. Land and development opportunities with a value of up to $1,000,000.

We’re actively buying and partnering on deals in our core markets — Dallas, Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta, Fort Worth, and Houston — with growing operations in Florida, Ohio, and California.
We also review select opportunities in other U.S. markets that meet our investment criteria.
